The Fire Chief has rescinded the stop burning order that went into effect on May 23, 2025. Open burning (with caution) may resume effective on September 06, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. (Arizona Time). A burn permit is required and the Fire District must be notified every time before you burn. Every time BEFORE you burn you must call phone # 928-347-5572. See Resolution 2022-13
